The rapid response team behind strategic SaaS growth

From strategic assessment to a completed capital raise.

A SaaS company approached AcumenX to accelerate growth through capital raising, to expand its business development function, advance product development, and pursue inorganic growth through acquisition.

Together with its investment banking affiliate, Seabrook Partners LLC, AcumenX prepared the company to become investor-grade ready from a financial, operational, and legal standpoint, then raised capital and pursued acquisitions.

middle-market growth fund selected, with future acquisition funding committed

We were in the process of acquiring BGMW, a closely-held, lower middle market manufacturing company. We engaged the services of Eric to act as our legal counsel. We quickly learned that the sell-side advisor had limited influence due to internal conflicts, the sellers had little time or patience to engage in the process, and the seller's legal team was slow and confrontational. Eric remained calm and steadfast throughout the process and provided us with outstanding legal, business and tactical advice as well as highly professional legal documentation. We look forward to working with Eric on future transactions.
