Eric is an accomplished corporate attorney with more than 35 years of experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, finance, governance, and complex contracts. He has been a General Counsel for a Nasdaq-listed company and for an investor-backed private company, and a Partner in an AmLaw 20 global law firm. Eric leverages these perspectives to deliver practical, commercially relevant service, earning the trust of his clients. His core strengths include negotiating and closing transactions, removing complex legal obstacles to growth, and having the foresight to avoid surprises. Eric takes a business-like approach to lawyering, ensuring effective and efficient legal solutions.
Bill Hughes
Co-Founder and Partner
Bill is a former Big 4 Partner and highly skilled financial executive with a diverse array of experience spanning 30 years in Assurance and Advisory services including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Audit Readiness & Remediation, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Financial Transformation, Regulatory Compliance and M&A Due Diligence. Bill has deep experience supporting C-Suite executives, with an emphasis on GovCon and Technology industries. His core strengths include being a proven advisor, problem solver, and communicator with a track record of successfully addressing clients’ complex strategic challenges.
Warren Martin
Co-Founder and Partner
Warren is an experienced C-suite executive with more than 40 years in professional services roles. His career includes positions as Managing Partner at a Big Four firm, General Partner and Co-founder of a registered investment bank and venture capital fund, COO of an AmLaw 20 global law firm, officer, shareholder, and board member in multiple corporations. Warren's diversified responsibilities have sharpened his skills in team leadership, communication, operational improvement, financial reporting, risk evaluation, governance, and project management.
Steve Bacica
Senior Advisor
Steve is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with over 30 years of diverse experience across the consumer, hospitality, retail, financial services, and public accounting industries including with two Fortune 500 companies. He brings a mix of public and private company experience across CFO/ Chief Accounting Officer/Controller roles after building his early foundation in Big Four public accounting and with the SEC. Notably, Steve was part of the senior leadership team that navigated a very complex and successful restructuring under Chapter 11 for a Luxembourg based company. He was also the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller and CAO for a Fortune 500 public company where he led global accounting operations, global loss prevention, and financial services and systems support with a global team of 1,000 associates.
Lucia Wind

Lucia currently serves as the first CEO/Executive Director and Board Chair of Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). She has more than 25 years of proven experience as a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) strategist including holding Chief Audit and Risk Management Executive positions. Lucia’s diverse capabilities include providing effective solutions for clients’ Audit, Corporate Governance, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Anti-Fraud needs. She is well-known as a visionary leader in reshaping internal audit functions, executing cost-efficient solutions, fortifying cybersecurity defenses, and ensuring seamless compliance across diverse industries, including Technology, Professional Services, Retail, Hospitality, Government, and Real Estate.
Brian Keane
Senior Advisor, Investment Banking
Brian is an accomplished investment banker with more than 30 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. He has held leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Technology M&A at a leading global investment bank, and Head of Corporate Development at a wireless technology company that went public and successfully completed two secondary public offerings. Most recently, he founded and led two FINRA-registered M&A investment banking firms. Brian is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, helping them raise capital to fuel growth or identify the right acquirer to maximize their value after years of dedication to building the business.
