About Steve Bacica
Steve Bacica is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with over 30 years of diverse experience across the consumer, hospitality, retail, financial services, and public accounting industries. He has held senior leadership roles including CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller, following his early foundation in Big Four public accounting and work with the SEC.
Notably, Bacica was part of the senior leadership team that successfully navigated a highly complex restructuring under Chapter 11 for a Luxembourg-based company. He also served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and CAO for a Fortune 500 public company, where he oversaw global accounting operations, global loss prevention, and financial services and systems support with a global team of more than 1,000 associates.
